The agreement governing consulting services, deliverables, payments, and guarantees.
Effective Date: August 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an assessment, purchasing consulting services, or using the neovis.xyz website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions provided by Neovis (Neooptics Consultancy Pvt Ltd).
2. Service Scope
A. AI Tools Assessment ($999)
Includes one (1) 45-minute recorded Google Meet discovery call, expert analysis, delivery of a custom operational deck with a 4-Day Quickstart Plan, and one (1) 30-minute review call.
B. Done-For-You Setup ($999 – $4,999)
Custom software configuration, Zapier/Make integrations, and CRM builds. When engaged within 30 days of assessment completion, the $999 assessment fee is credited toward the project price.
C. AI Concierge Retainer ($1,500/month)
Ongoing optimization, prompt tuning, two monthly strategy calls, and Voxer support. Subject to active client capacity caps (6 clients).
3. 100% Money-Back Guarantee
If our custom assessment report fails to identify at least 5 hours per week of reclaimable administrative time for your business, you are entitled to a full 100% refund ($999). Refund claims must be requested during or immediately following the 30-minute review call.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment, all custom automation scripts, documentation, and process maps created specifically for your organization belong exclusively to you. Neovis retains ownership of generic templates and reusable code snippets.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Neovis be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party software outages, API changes, or user misconfiguration. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Neovis.
