Testing slows to the speed of logistics.

Every new hook means another shoot, another shipment, another creator to schedule.
Testing slows to the speed of logistics, and the ad account waits.
The sprint keeps product, offer and CTA fixed and changes only the angle and the opening — so you learn what actually moves.

The 9-Cut Performance Creative Sprint

3

Creative concepts

Problem-solution, mechanism or feature breakdown, and use-case or objection handling.

Hooks per concept

Materially different openings while product, offer and core message stay controlled.

9

Vertical concept cuts

Platform-ready 9:16 exports, normally 12–18 seconds, with captions and CTA cards.

72h

Turnaround

Starts after scripts, product assets, claims, offer and permissions are approved.

1

Revision round

One consolidated round of minor edits: pacing, captions, factual corrections, CTA copy.

+1

Testing matrix

A one-page map of concepts, hooks, controlled variables and recommended test order.

Concept cuts are built to be tested, not guaranteed to win. The matrix tells you what changed between cuts so the results mean something.

DAY 0

Lock the source of truth

You approve the hero SKU, real pack shot, product facts, offer, audience and usage permissions. We write a product truth sheet and nothing in the cuts contradicts it.

  • Invoices issued on request. No hidden fees; additional SKUs, extra revision rounds or extended usage are quoted separately before any work begins.
  • If we cannot produce the sprint after reviewing your inputs (for example the product needs a demonstration we cannot make truthfully), you are told before payment or refunded in full.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to send you?+

Your store link, the hero product, its real pack shots or product photos, the claims you're allowed to make, your current offer, and confirmation you can license the assets you send.

How is it made?+

A combination of AI image and video generation, original synthetic presenters, human scripting, editing and quality control. Every product frame is checked against your real pack shot.

Are the presenters real people?+

No. They are original, fictional presenters created for each piece. They explain products; they never claim to have used them or to have had personal results.

Can you use my logo and packaging?+

Yes, when you send them and confirm you hold the rights. We do not invent packaging or copy for real brands.

What if a cut is wrong?+

One consolidated revision round is included for pacing, captions, factual corrections and CTA copy. Concept changes after approval are quoted separately.

Do you run the ads?+

No. You receive the platform-ready cuts and the testing matrix; you or your media buyer run them. The matrix tells you what to test first.

What usage do I get?+

90 days of paid Meta usage, confirmed in writing per project once all rights are checked. Longer or broader usage is quoted separately.

How do I pay and when does the clock start?+

Full payment via secure payment link (or invoice), then the 72 hours start once your inputs are approved. If we can't take the job after review, you're refunded in full.
