These pieces are designed solely to demonstrate visual pacing, narrative structure, audio sync, and product-truth fidelity. No client relationship, commercial engagement, past campaign results, or third-party brand endorsement is implied or should be inferred.

2. Synthetic Presenters & No Fabricated Testimonials

Neovis Studios adheres to strict ethical advertising and FTC consumer guidelines:

• Synthetic Performers: Presenters and avatars featured across our portfolio cuts are synthetic performers produced via advanced digital generation. They are not genuine customers or independent product endorsers.
• No Testimonial Fabrication: Presenters in our cuts are scripted strictly to explain, narrate, and observe product features, mechanisms, and physical attributes. They never make first-person claims of personal efficacy, health results, or fabricated customer testimonials.
• Client Work Standard: Client campaigns produced by Neovis Studios utilize client-approved product claims sheets, verified technical facts, and client-supplied physical pack shots.

3. No Guaranteed Commercial Outcomes

While each 9-cut sprint is engineered to test distinct hook angles and visual routes systematically, Neovis Studios makes no claim or guarantee regarding return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), conversions, or business profitability.

Advertising performance is determined by market dynamics, audience targeting, landing page conversion rates, product pricing, and media spend. Client assumes full commercial responsibility for media buying and ad deployment.

4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All brand names, trademarks, and registered logos depicted in spec portfolio items are used solely for descriptive, illustrative, and format-demonstration purposes. All rights in and to actual client trademarks and logos remain the sole and exclusive property of their respective owners.
