1. Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry, request a creative sprint, or communicate with us on Instagram, WhatsApp, or email, Neovis Studios collects only the information necessary to evaluate your product and produce your creative cuts:

• Brand & Contact Details: Store URL, brand name, primary contact name, email address, WhatsApp number, and Instagram handle.
• Creative Brief Inputs: Hero SKU details, product dimension and mechanism sheets, approved product claims, packaging photographs, vector logos, font assets, and target customer profiles.
• Commercial Information: Monthly ad-spend range (if provided to assist in cut format recommendations), invoice billing address, and transaction confirmation records.

Scope Clarity: Neovis Studios produces creative video cuts. We do not access internal ERP systems, enterprise IT infrastructure, or customer transaction databases. We do not record internal consulting diagnostic calls or capture proprietary code repositories.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Qualify product fit and determine whether the product can be produced truthfully to our fidelity standards.
• Write route scripts, generate performance creative concept cuts, and prepare testing matrices.
• Issue sprint invoices and delivery links.
• Maintain direct project communication via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email.

3. AI Model & Asset Protection

We treat your brand assets, unreleased packaging, and product claims with strict confidentiality:

• No Public Model Training: Your brand assets, logo files, and proprietary product photos are never sold, rented, or submitted to public datasets to train public foundation AI models.
• Secure Production Workflows: Production tools are accessed through commercial, enterprise-grade agreements with data isolation and zero data-retention protections wherever technically available.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Delivered cuts, claim sheets, and source pack shots are retained in secure cloud storage for twelve (12) months following sprint completion to facilitate future revision rounds or creative refreshes.

You may request immediate and permanent deletion of your project briefs, brand inputs, and contact data at any time by emailing jacob@neovis.xyzwith the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
